You can call the CEO by their first name but it's okay to call by Dr. It doesn't really matter once you actually have a PhD - usually the insecure people who care about stupid things like that.

Pro: The company is not a startup financially but operates like a startup in terms of agility and maneuverability. If you are looking for a place to learn about different roles and wear different hats, this is a great place for that. In fact, management often expects and encourages employees to step up and take on responsibility to make the right call for the product/company. The work culture and atmosphere is one of a close knit group of colleagues with a fairly flat organizational hierarchy. Trust and close cooperation is a must to being able to deliver on tight deadlines and quality standards. Despite the bumps and slumps experienced by the economy as a whole, the company has survived and thrived growing at a steady pace. Recent business developments also led to additional revenue sources. Significant growth prospects in the near term are looking very promising.

Con: Small office space, while being utilized very efficiently, is a concern. However, management is well aware of this issue and is already in the process of expansion efforts. Being a small company, the health care and dental is not as comprehensive as some of the larger companies around but management is flexible when special needs/situations arise.
