Pros

- Major Pro: The company is small enough where your opinions and decisions are heard and influential. No need to go through multiple steps to get things approved through multiple departments - Technology is really new compared to the industry which has been existent for a long time - Standard vacation and sick times - Colleagues are extremely friendly and all work so hard; Definitely appreciate each and every one of them - Company has a lot of vision and is working to attain many of those with the current and new employees - Starting 2014, the company issued the 401k matching benefit - Company lunches have increased - Moving to a new bigger location

Kontras

- Pro & Con, wearing multiple hats. You have to be hands on and willing to learn new things - There is only so much one person can do at times compared to a huge department - Bad seed, I have to complain about having employees with negative influence at work because it truly affects the whole work environment in any office and I hope the company works to remove them early stage.

Great culture - friendly people, relaxed work environment. Empowered employees to pursue projects they were interested in.

Pros

- Performance is detected immediately - Team is wonderful; yes, its family owned - Performance goals including releasing two products a year - No politics/bureaucracy lol I think it's funny people come on this page to vent but it will be difficult to hide in this company which is probably the reason why people come vent. I recommend checking it out yourself. You can call the CEO by their first name but it's okay to call by Dr. It doesn't really matter once you actually have a PhD - usually the insecure people who care about stupid things like that.
