Pros

Benefits, 401k, PTO, vehicle reimbursement

Kontras

Not enough one-on-one training, no family time. on-call 7 days a week since the company provides phones/ipads. Below other companies salary. While you do get vehicle reimbursement, it is not worth all the miles you put on your vehicle. I would drive 400-1000 a month just for work, You're required to have additional 100k coverage which the $300 base reimbursement pretty much covers plus 25 cent a mile.

Pros

Selling iconic, top-shelf brands like Tito's Handmade Vodka, Jack Daniel's, and Woodford Reserve makes it easy to walk into any account with confidence. Customers already know and love these portfolios — you're not convincing anyone these brands belong on the shelf. The IT department is a standout. They make sure you leave the building every single day with a fully functioning iPhone and iPad, so there's zero friction getting into the field. It's a small thing that makes a big difference.

Kontras

Where do I even start. Management is nowhere to be found when you actually need them, but somehow everybody and their brother has an opinion about how you should run your territory. The Reyes family? Meddling in day-to-day trade like they're riding shotgun on every sales call. Portfolio VPs showing up in accounts, stepping on deals, and creating chaos with buyers you've spent months building relationships with. There's no clear lane — just a revolving door of people undermining the reps closest to the business. And let's talk about the in-house portfolio cannibalism. Brands within the same house are being pitted against each other, which makes every buyer conversation needlessly complicated and puts reps in an impossible position. The tracking apps? Absolute garbage. Wonky, unreliable, and somehow still the tool you're expected to use to run your business. Then you've got suppliers like Gallo swooping in with demands ripped straight from a fantasy — completely detached from what's actually happening on the street. It's death by a thousand meddlers.
