Pros

hybrid role, only 6 days a month in office, laid back environment, newly remodeled office. Free healthy snacks, room for growth, longevity, alot of employees have been there 10 years or more.

Kontras

No formal training initially, No proper training guides, direct management has provided no training, or follow up for me as a new hire. No team lead, or trainers, or training team. They had us trained by the person who vacated yhe positions we were filling.
