A chance to meet a varied population of customers and employees. The company gives back to the community, which is great. Benefits, if you can get them, are fairly decent.
Kontras
Kicked out via the union agreement after 5 years of dedicated service when the company started to downsize. No job security, not even after 5 years. Offered a position in another city that was inaccessible to me, too far too practically commute, as commiseration --- kind of a huge "Eff you" from the upper management.
