Pros
Great employees willing to contribute their ideas, grow the company etc. 10% over cost staff discount is great until you realize how much their prices are overinflated.
Kontras
Unrealistic expectations - too little payroll - no time to complete tasks. Management turnover is HUGE by their choice or "restructuring". If you are a woman beware and don't speak up. If you are a man go ahead...you are safe. If you accept a job offer here don't waste any time looking elsewhere. It is definitely a stop over, not long term unless you like 50+ hours a week with no end in sight. Many long term managers just don't take their holidays even though they no longer roll over. This whole experience was eye opening and shocking. After 20 years retail I wouldn't have believed such an environment still existed.
