Poor Culture - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Rexall: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They tout good culture, however, I see that the leadership team is very toxic and this trickles down to the entry level staff at head office. The morale is terrible in the teams and the leadership definitely has "favourites".
