Pros

- Salary was commiserate to my skill set. - Team outings on occasion. - They try to make things better and be "open" with us so we are on a need to know basis.

Kontras

- Over promise with a product that still cant prove works after 30 years which directly effects retention and reputation of the company. - Training is sub-par. - Managers are looking for soldiers/robots, no thought leaders. - Unrealistic goals and expectations. - No teamwork atmosphere as sales is an "independent sport".

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?
