Pros

Never a slow day...BUT I would rather be busy than be bored at work. Customers are challenging to keep happy but the grocery stores & restaurants need their POS running 24/7 so it creates a very stable job. RDS was pretty flexible when it came to work schedules. If I worked over night or during the weekend on an install they would give me a extra day off. The company will definitely favor the technicians that do the heavy lifting on support calls. This can be good if you figure out how to support the product.
