There also seems to be a pattern where promotions for existing employees are delayed or not implemented, which further raises questions about internal priorities There is little to no proper support during training, and feedback is vague. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback.
