Good company - Server bei Restaurant 604: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Great people in the front of house to work with (minus GM). For a busy daily restaurant, it was more good than bad days. Considering it was during COVID and things were extra difficult.

GM was terrible with no experience and it showed. Terrible back of house and kitchen staff. Turnover was insane and made management a nightmare, having to help in the kitchen constantly. Again, this was during COVID and all restaurants were struggling, but I had never seen this before in my 10+ yrs of experience.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT The work environment here has favoritism. Very hostile and has no boundaries for verbal harassment/sexual harassment. Managers will never get consequences so don’t speak up because nothing will change on there end, it will only change for in a unethical way Managers are all friends and are bully’s so no matter who you go to they all have each others back.
