Executive leadership is focused on appeasing the private equity partners and not on rewarding good employees. Opportunities for raises and promotions are not good. A lot of talk that they don't back up with action. Unequal work loads across teams but everyone is punished when targets aren't met. Unrealistic metrics and goals that are not attainable. Very siloed teams with little opportunity for internal job transitions. They love to work the individual contributors hard while executives suck up large salaries and bonuses.
