Pros
1. Peers are absolutely fantastic to work with. You will get to know team members well from trauma bonding over all the things going on at the company. 2. Snacks at the office are appreciated 3. Incredible work-life balance, but at the expense of your growth and raising the bar for good work
Kontras
1. Inadequate training and this will continue to be a problem in the foreseeable future. They're hiring tons of new people for the Sales org, with no SDR enablement support as the person in that role left, and the existing team just doesn't get it. 2. Leadership here does not take time to develop talent. If you're not hitting your numbers, it's an extremely easy decision for this company to let you go. PIPs are frequent and they have no regard for reps' feelings and well being. 3. For a company as mature as this one the SDR org is operating as if they're starting from scratch again after all these years. It's going to take a long time for them to turn it around. 4. The culture is gone downhill significantly over the years. Morale is extremely low and all the best people are leaving. Moreover, as these people leave they take all their in-house knowledge with them and the rest are left scrambling. 5. In comparison to industry standard for tech or SaaS in particular, Resolver is near the bottom for total rewards and career progression. They have no career paths mapped out for any department, no fun tech perks because they're tied to Kroll, and generally don't believe in competitive pay to get top talent.
