Pros

Own product. Customers are generally good to work with. Majority of people are hard-working and great to work with.

Kontras

Too much focus on profit margin. Force employees to work overtime. Burn out employees forcing long term employees to leave. Marketing untested products causing pain for both customers and implementation teams. All employees are given a portion of the bonus but apart from top management, the rest have too small a personal factor to have any impact on their payouts.
