Resolution value their people and management are focused on providing flexible working, training outcomes for their team member and supporting teams and leaders to have a good culture.
I originally started as a Manager and have worked my way up to senior leadership. CEO/COO have always been supportive and engaged and recognise contribution, allowing me to climb the ranks and now oversee the SEO product nationally.
