Administration is careless at best and company is not military friendly, despite being a DoD contractor. When I met with the CEO to discuss employment, benefits, etc; he told me they offer differential pay when an employee is on military leave. Three months after working for the company, I put in for military leave and am told by the HR person that military leave is leave without pay. When I address it with HR and the CEO, their response was, "oops, sorry, my HR person wasn't there to correct me. No we don't intend to provide you differential pay."
