I'm tired of seeing negative reviews and toxic feedback from fellow colleagues and disgruntled people who have left. It could not be farther from the truth on what this agency actually stands for. Yes, there have been layoffs. It’s been challenging. But that’s true across many industries right now. The difference at Rescue is that leadership follows through. Our new CEO and from what I can see, our leadership team back up their words with action. I see the company growing. I won't lie. It has not been easy, but progress rarely is. To those who are frustrated: use your voice. Bring your ideas forward. If you want to see change, speak up. I’ve worked here for over six years, and one thing is clear - employee feedback matters. Not many places offer a platform where people can speak openly with their managers and leadership. That’s rare, and it’s something Rescue does well.
