We also appreciate your concerns about go-to-market execution and customer retention and agree that having the right talent and strategy in place is critical, especially in an evolving enterprise SaaS environment. *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
