Pros

Work life balance is awesome. Benifits awesome. Support fully appreciable. Culture mind blowing.

Kontras

Once you leave you are treated like an unknown and not needed person. Even if the management know that you are the one made for the role they will not take you back. Never tries to retain or re-employ people. I had trusted this company with heart and soul but the management n the awesome HR team is just wao. No words to describe them. I was job less for a while and reached but no positive response from the company. Still I love my team n those who are still in touch. You can join but just remember you are no one if you leave they dnt even consider you and ignore you every time you need a job again.

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
