Pros

Just like CAP theorem in Distributed Systems, every employee need 3 things from a work-place: 1. Great Work 2. Great Compensation 3. Work-life balance And trust me, this is the company you will find everything. 1. Great work and spaces. 2. Work from home facility is awesome. 3. Leaves are ample. 4. Culture is good with around 40+ people. 5. Extremely talented people. 6. Lot of scope for learning and experimentation. 7. Stuffs like free snacks, casual sitting(bean bags etc.), tons of time for games and good people all around. 8. Benefits like HIS and all are descent. 9. Great people leading the organisation. 10. Director (India office) is very active.

Kontras

1. On-site travel is missing, although amendments are made towards this as I heard. 2. Although a very good company work-wise, only few people in India know about this company. (Not very popular here due to lack of business in India) 3. Needs more collaboration between teams. 4. Less outings.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Kontras

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
