Pros

This is a great company that has positioned itself for a lot of growth and is starting to experience it. Customer's love the broad SaaS reputation management platform that manages everything from reviews to surveys ot listings -- and it makes it much easier to sell. As a sales person, this is huge. Customers already know they need what we have to offer. This is so much better than my last company where I had to convince every customer that they actually needed our solution. The pay is good and the Sales Leaders is very supportive. Overall, this is a great place to work.

There have been some changes in leadership recently that have upset some people -- but in my view the Company is better than ever.

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
