No room for growth. Pay is not good. The company is run by boomers who think it is a gift that they pay you $20 an hour. The upper management is run by boomers. When U-Haul doesn't like how the company is operating at a point in time, the boomers get rid of adjusters and supervisors and constantly make changes rather then look at the mirror and see it is them that are the issue. Job security was not there towards the end. One day the boomers came in and did a mass firing by calling in people one by one and firing them. People were worried they would be next. Caused bad morale. Don't expect to retire at this company because they will fire you right before you retire.
