Great people and thoughtful initiatives to attract employees. Time off, work/life balance and benefits were great. Repsol did a great job in maintaining that portion of the company culture when they purchased Talisman.
Kontras
Progression model was very hard to break through to the next level without being in the same role for 4 to 5 years. Many people do not stay in a single role that long and wait around for a promotion anymore, especially when they are actively developing and acquiring new skills and competencies that outside companies are actively looking for and paying more salary for experienced talent.
