Pros

* Friendly environment because of being small company. * get chance to explore technology in your own way. * Work from home available but only for few people

Kontras

* Upper management is part time employee of Reppify so not concerned for employee. * Management people (Binny Jhamb) uses abusing kind of language with employees. * Very low salary increment. * Dumb IIT MTech fresher hired on very good package but they don't know and existing talented employee not getting treated well. * No employee satisfaction . * No onsite opportunity even don't imagine . * No value to current employee as well as EX-employees , full and final not given on time even HR (Poonam Sahgal, Ruchita Tandon) don't reply after you relieving for any concern like F&F or any other * upper management (Ashok nangia), he talks sweetly but never do anything positive for any employee. Previously he talks with employees who leave Reppify about the reason but now a days he only talk with IIT people when they resign * low mentality of Upper management. * dangerous meetings with business team, for any reason or frustration they say to Fire you anytime * don't think about work life balance because sometimes you have to work on night . * HR, Management don't know how to treat any employee.

Kontras

Product developed offshore at sub-standard quality. Lack of focus led to three pivots within the first year. Over invested in sales on a schedule that promised to deliver before maturation of the product.
