Great mission and values, amazing people, really good work/life balance. People here work because they believe in our mission, so is easy to trust everybody does what they do with the best of their intentions. There is little to no feeling of self-importance, we are all part of a crew rowing to achieve a goal together. Personal development works in a unexpected way, takes some time but you see it happening in a slow pace. I feel I learn and grow quite a bit since I joined Repositive.

The management team is new to deal with business and teams out of a strict corporate environment. You can feel it in how some challenges are approached, this contrast with the amount of freedom and trust they deposit in us. The mix is a strange hybrid, expectations are exceeded in some cases and missed in others. Freedom and trust are after all much more difficult to manage than micromanagement.

Repositive is a great place to work, with a very friendly and collaborative work environment and plenty of support. The company is very mission driven, and you can feel we are all working towards the same goal and passionate about what we're trying to achieve.

As it is a start-up, a number of processes are slightly ad-hoc/trial and error, and the personal development side (e.g. training courses) is mostly left up to the individual to find as opposed to already in place. This means there's a lot of freedom to try new things but you have to be willing to be quite self-sufficient and proactive about it.
