Company truly cares about their employees. They always respect time off, no questions asked. Everyone there is happy to help, mentor, or collaborate whenever necessary. When the pandemic hit, they were quick to respond and continuously adapted while keeping the company apprised. They send regular surveys to assess the overall and individual feelings about how the company is doing supporting their employees. The workload is reasonable for a start up and they always make sure that you are given work appropriate to your skills but with room to learn and grow.
Kontras
Due to being a smaller start up, they are not able to offer a competitive wage, but there is value in stock options. Also, the majority of the developers are from a consulting firm in Lahore, Pakistan which makes it tricky to collaborate with the 12 hour time difference.
