the company has potential to grow, only if....

management do not trust the people they employ hence they resort to micromanaging. the operations is remotely being done from the HQ in italy by the owners that makes the GM useless. have the barest minimum of benefits almost to none. no performance review so no chance of pay increase. the culture and values instigated by the management is poor that's why there is a lot bickering and finger-pointing and a few will throw you under the bus most of the times. the morale is zero. people are disgruntled and personnel keeps on coming and leaving. in fact, 5 people resigned in a year. the supply chain position has changed people at least 4 times in the last 3 years. that says a lot about the company.
