While there are opportunities to learn, a more structured mentorship program could have enhanced my professional development. 2. A significant drawback was the apparent reluctance of my manager to engage in discussions related to promotions. Despite consistent efforts and achievements, conversations about career advancement were consistently avoided, leaving me with a sense of stagnation. 3. The frequent organizational restructuring created an atmosphere of uncertainty and instability. It made it challenging to establish a sense of continuity and predictability in the workplace. 4. Compensation is an area that requires attention at RepRisk. The salary offered is not commensurate with industry standards, making it challenging to fully appreciate the contributions of dedicated employees. 5. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by instances of gaslighting. This created a toxic atmosphere, eroding trust and making it difficult to communicate effectively. The lack of accountability for such behavior was disappointing.
