The founder Ayesha Chenoy is the most toxic leader. She is rude, and disrespectful and has no sense of leadership whatsoever. Shouting at and humiliating people is not leadership. Someone tell the woman, god! And when the leadership is toxic, the rest of the management automatically is. They expect you to work super long hours and on weekends and will have 0 acknowledgement. Everyone around you is always tired and irritated (thanks to the great work culture..lol!) and you will be micro-managed at every step. No idea how one can have any professional growth at a place like that. I have worked with multiple agencies. Trust me, save yourself from this one and run!
