This job has given me the opportunity to advance my position and has taught me so much about the field of property management. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is very self-motivated to learn and appreciates working closely with a small team of dedicated individuals.

Fast-paced - you really have to keep your head down and focus! Also, management sometimes does not readily weed out the people who are not fully on board with the company goals.
