Ever since latest change in regional leaders (understand most were from Unilever), there has been too much interference from them. They know nothing about the business and seem more interested in lecturing local managers on how to run the business the 'unilever way'. Really need to get in some professional experts in talent and HR, not just posers who only know how to show presentation slides while adopting an elitist attitude. HR needs to get experienced talents from MNCs to improve the morale and attrition rate, not just slapping "Director" titles on obviously inexperienced junior staff in order to fake a sense of career progression.
