Good benefits, good pay, fun place to work. The company does provide a great place for professionals and great plans for education, management does give you room to grow and the ability to input thoughts and you feel like part of a team

Poor recuriting practices, most IT managers have no clue what their employees do or what their job should entail. If you get a compentent employee that works hard but does not speak up they will get all the work shifted to them while other employees can continue to have sub par performance. Most IT management does not understand IT and it is amazing how they got in the position they did
