Pros
Employee pricing, the only positive is that you can buy stuff at RV + a percentage (remaining value). So can get some decent deals on some decent stuff.
Kontras
There's a ton of stuff you can't do to get results. You have to do a ton of that stuff to get results. If you go by what the book says 100% of the time you will not get results. If you don't get results, you get shamed, you have to work a specific schedule as "punishment" until you get the results. Your job is also what everyone elses job is. Deliveries to do, people to annoy for payment, at their homes, work, ect. but don't forget the sales goals you need to hit every week even though 90% of your time is spent out of the store and on the phone.
