8yFirst, I'm sorry to be late in replying - someone just brought your comments to my attention. Still, I'd like to thank you for your honest feedback about your experience at Renaissance Alliance. By the date of your review, I see you were with us at a time when were admittedly struggling to get the right team balance of management and employees. We've made several changes since then, which I think address your concerns. Our management team has been realigned so their expertise better matches those they supervise and we’ve added team members with deep desk-level experience. The team has been in place for nearly two years without turnover. You also identify an issue that many smaller companies struggle with: limited management opportunities. While that's true, we're happy to report that several employees have been promoted over the past year and we try to find ways to reward those who bring exceptional value to the job!
We're glad you enjoyed supportive team members and some of the fun holiday and milestone celebrations - we still have those. We've also loosened our work-from-home policy although there are still limits. We have 7 sick days per year and most employees seem to like being able to carry over any unused days year-to-year up to a limit of 28.
