It is either your getting a base pay of 400 a week that is all or if you sell more than 4) - Also the activation determines your pay check ( One of my friends had 15 sales and the boss who is a 22 year old brat who knows nothing about a leadership and is just trying to take whatever he can from the employees he’s hired because we do not even know how much would be for one sale. He told us all that he made a 2000 dollar pay check and than I found out that he only made 1000 because of these activations) - In the span of 6 months I worked I had 25-30 people quit in front of my eyes because they were lied to.
