Easy job to do from home

The support team does not answer emails, the feedback team is not professional or ethical, and they do not follow their own rules. They once said the feedback clean slate where they get erased every 2 months suddenly changed to 6 months without any prior notice, they lowered the rates, and personally on my last payment, they did not pay it, they did not send the invoice and kept my money for that last week.

The job doesn't warrant the time investment. You can send a maximum of 30 messages per hour, and that's £1.5. Yet the company lies that some experienced COs write 100 messages per hour. Management relies on chat operators that they pay peanuts, and they demotivate them with warnings and threats. One client told me that he's paying £2.5 per message he sends, and the chat operator doing the job earns £0.04 per sent message, and that's 1.7%, and the cruel and toxic management takes 98.3%. I pray for every employee, especially the chat operators, to get lucrative jobs and leave that toxic work environment.
