We also hear the concerns you raise around onboarding, training, workload, and benefits. At Remote, we want every new joiner to feel set up for success, so we’re continuing to invest in improving our onboarding process and making information easier to access and up to date. We take work–life balance seriously, and the situations you describe are not the norm here. Flexibility is meant to support balance, not lead to long hours or blurred boundaries.
