Remote work. Ok compensation. Equipment provided.

Middle managers with no idea on how to do performance management. Passed performance review with previous manager who managed my work for 5 months. On the 5th month, was transferred to a power tripping interim manager who micro-managed my work - including flagging indention on emails and zendesk. Gave me work on days where I filed for leave and claimed that she did not see the leave request. Processes within the team differed from region to region. No cohesiveness whatsoever.

Pros

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture
