Pros

- Flexible hours - Kind and friendly colleagues - Diverse staff - Decent pay - Unlimited PTO - Mental health support, which, unfortunately, you will need

- Lack of transparency - Extremely poor management leading to a botched mass layoff: overhired and then laid off 10% of workforce, many of whom were new hires, overnight with a sub-par severance. Zero transparency, zero notice. Immediate withdrawal of access to team channels and zero handover of work - what a waste. Layoff was communicated in a video on Slack, then followed up by a scripted Zoom call with no communication from direct manager. Terribly managed. Afterwards, the People Team was completely incompetent and lacking knowledge when tying up loose ends regarding reimbursements, unemployment processes worldwide, etc. Left 100 people in a lurch and burned a lot of bridges. For a company who says their first value is "kindness" this was... revealing. - Chaotic hyper-growth environment with a lack of long-term vision - Feels like a "burn bright - burn out" company - Poor middle management - lack of direction - Lack of onboarding support - sink or swim culture - Lack of teambuilding - High workload, fast-paced, high-pressure

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture
