It's an amazing place to work, true to the values of the company and everyone is so eager to work and get things done. They provide a super nice welcome, even better than many non-remote places.
It's truly a remote first company with a lot of emphasis in documentation and working async, which provides a lot of opportunities to improve your work life balance; besides, leaders and coworkers always remind you the importance of having time for you and your family.

Since it's a very new company there are many process and things to improve / make less manual, but they are very open to hear and implement suggestions and create a better experience for customers.

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture
