We’ve been told there is no budget to hire an extra domestic account manager only for them to create a position that micromanages the team. Now that position thinks our referrals are due to her “leadership”. Then, they continued to say there is no budget to hire more people only for leadership to promote within the leadership team. This is no longer one of the “best places to work” because we’re just numbers to them. That’s why it hasn’t been nominated as one of the best places to work in the Twin Cities for years. Employees are sick of empty promises and being overworked. Some employees don’t have a healthy work life balance. Expect to have a workload of 2 people when people leave the company.
