Everyone in the company really believes in the products (website included) and willingly works to improve the company as a whole. We only have meetings if they're necessary, so my calendar was not full of meetings like many other companies. Every one of my coworkers were a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and willing to collaborate when needed, and I never felt like I couldn't say something. Very realistic open door policy. Thai Tuesdays are a huge plus. Getting to hang out with the engineering team once a week and eat some really good Thai at the same time is always something I always looked forward to. No micromanaging at all. You are responsible for the work you do, and if you have an idea to improve something, it will be heard. Generous PTO which you are encouraged to take. Management is also very understanding when things in life come up and you need to take off. Several company events sprinkled throughout the year to help keep everyone connected and relaxed. Hybrid work from home policy (at time of writing). 2 days in, 3 out, which is a nice balance. Pay is decently competitive.

The only real con is health insurance coverage, and even then it isn't terrible, especially considering all the pros of this position. This is a hard company to leave, because of the pros of course.

For me, working at Reliv has been very rewarding! The biggest pro for me is the freedom and creativity that I have in my position. This type of culture works well for me since I'm a self-motivated person and truly care about Reliv and my co-workers. The benefits are great in my opinion. Reliv has a 25% 401k match and they match up to 15% of my deferral, that's not very common these days at all. We also have an ESOP. We have a great work/life balance here too. As long as your responsibilities are fulfilled there is great flexibility. Reliv is based on strong business ethics and morals, that is the way all of us operate here. And most of all we care about the wellbeing of one another. In times of personal or professional need, we know that we can turn to one another for support.

One of the challenges of working here for me has been cooperation with a specific department. They have a lack of consideration for others, they do as they please when they please. This isn't a huge concern for me but can be frustrating and creates more work than needed at times.
