Pros

The company he really does have good training and takes good care of their employees.

Kontras

You’ll have to answer a high volume amount of calls per day. Deal with rude customers and possibly getting cussed out. Also have to deal with customers with loud and obnoxious background noise and can’t tell them to do anything with it.

From day one, I found a company whose core values — integrity, empowerment, compassion, collaboration, and fun—truly align with my own. After nearly 10 years, this culture remains strong, and I genuinely feel the value of my contributions to both our clients/claimants and the internal team. Reliance Matrix offers fantastic opportunities for learning, training, and promotion. I am a direct example: I have been promoted 8 times during my tenure and continue to learn and grow each day. This is a place where dedication and performance are recognized and rewarded. Management consistently demonstrates that they value employees by working hard to keep us informed of the company's direction. Compensation and benefits are strong, and leadership proactively evaluates and improves what they offer. Work-life balance is not just promoted, it is encouraged. We have a generous amount of PTO, and the team collaborates well to ensure everyone can take time off when needed.

Kontras

While no job is "perfect," it is genuinely difficult to find significant faults. My primary suggestion is for the company to maintain its dedication to the current employee experience model — it is clearly working and is a significant factor in retention.
