All is worst...Nothing is special or new for Reliable First. Not paying salary to employees timely. Never will pay F&F payment to past employees. Always share negative employee feedback for mostly employees on employer verification - they are believing in no relation after employee left organization - Never share positive feedback - how much you were good in your work. Not paying PF regularly - trying to save money. Always believing save money from employees ....cut the money from salary with the various policies and conditions - like, you will marked half day if you come late for 5 min. You will not get PL/CL/SL till six months, after six months - you will be eligible for 1 PL only monthly. Notice period - Superb like a IT company - 30 days for probation period and 90 days notice period after 6 months of service. You have to submit your personal mobile phone to Manager in job timing, you cant keep it with you. No Office Washroom....still using building general washroom...which is worst than road side washroom...No basin...No doors in washroom, same condition for ladies. Salary Payroll cycle is 21st to 20th and salary paying on 10th or 12th of month. Earning from employees accommodation/PG too. Md's vey lie to give commitment.
