Even if you oppose a unnecessary work due to which other timelines are fired nobody gives a damn. They just want to satisfy their egos. Nobody cares about the company and their work. A dead environment for a good working employee. If you are a fresher then just take max 2 years of experience and without looking back leave asap. As you stay more you get less value and are prone to politics
