Pay is not competitive, benefits are sub-par, small company with a heartless and ruthless big company feel, ideas about improvements are ignored because lower level staff are viewed as being incapable of having a better idea than a more senior employee. If you're thinking about working here, make sure you ask how the position came to be available. There are better companies to work for. Don't be exploited.
