Impact: most of the top performers have left, and the ones who remain have little work-life balance. 2. Nepotism Culture - Promotions/opportunities are not merit-based. People who get rewarded are those with personal connections to leadership or those who can kiss the most a**. Impact: don't expect to get promoted based off of performance.
