Pros
Employees are friendly! Benefits are good only because it is backed by Mckesson. If you are looking for a job just to skate by with little to no real responsibility this is the job for you!

Communication around objectives and goals is poor. Always changing priority which never gives a sense of completion. You could ask every employee if we hit our last year objectives and 90% would not know what you were talking about. Its not clear the reason for assigning people to certain positions or projects, it almost seems like they are pulling names out of a hat and having no debate around why this person might be a good fit. Every year leadership (VP's) get involved around the end of the year to make sure they can manipulate the statistics to make sure they hit their goals. If you are not in the office and not in the elite executive club then your ideas don't matter. One on One's which is where you would think I would provide this feedback do not exist and when they do the manager seems like they want to be anywhere but in the room with you, half the time working on something else. I know this is only one review but I have heard this from multiple employees. My hopes in writing this review is that somebody higher up in the Mckesson organization will read this and seriously take a look into our organization.
