Loved working with a team of professionals for TLC, Travel Channel and Discovery.

Wished the jobs weren't mostly west coast based.

I worked here for under a year before mass lay offs occurred in Marketing and Operations. I was laid off at that time. Prior to that I felt that although there were annoying politics here and there, my position was structured clearly and I found everyone to be great. A lot of changes were happening at the time, including office moves, but for the most part I worked with minimal supervision and my supervisor empowered me to do my job.

A lot of changes were happening but I wouldn't call it a con really. There was some disorganization and a few egos, but thats to be expected when a company acquires another and offices are merged.
