There is a lot of potential for growth and a roster of well known investors looking to make the company a success. The projects feel rewarding given you are enhancing a product used by hundreds of high value clients (especially the one I am working on now).

Management unsure about which direction to go, almost too casual, cliques from Capital IQ remain. High turnover as well. Certain tech people branding themselves as "genius" is not unheard of, but unjustified as the architecture leaves a lot to be desired.
